I first heard of Paige from a home inspector I hired to inspect my home prior to listing it. I had not contacted an agent yet and I thought the home inspector would probably be able to recommend one and he only gave me one name, Paige's. I contacted Paige and she met with my wife and I to discuss the sale of our house. She was very professional and said she would provide a market analysis in a couple of days. We met with her again and she provided a very detailed description of what we should list the house for. We decided to list with Paige and she was very helpful in the sale of our house. It is almost impossible to describe how helpful and professional Paige was during our homebuying and relocation process. She was responsive, easy to reach, and diligent about the details of our negotiation and closing.

Sold in Tewksbury, bought in North Andover. Paige helped us both in selling as well as buying a new home earlier this year. I should add we'd put off moving for years in part due to fear about how complicated and unpleasant the experience was likely to be. As it turned out, with her skill and support it wasn't nearly as horrible as we'd expected - we found a house within a few weeks of starting the process, signed a purchase agreement within days, got our VA mortgage approved much more quickly than we'd expected, and closed on the new home within three months of the day we first sat down with her in our living room to discuss our plans.

As for the old home we sold it within 48 hours of putting it on the market - for more than what we'd asked for - and closed on it exactly two weeks after closing on the new home.
Throughout this complicated process Paige was calm, professional, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and immediately responsive - meaning typically within minutes, via phone or text - to any concerns or panicked questions we might have at any time of day or night. We never felt pushed by her to make any hasty decisions and her judgment when it came to assessing properties, buyers, sellers, or fellow negotiators was invariably correct.
